Caroline Kennedy shows off her moves with viral Japanese dance.
When in Rome, do as the Romans do.
The US Embassy in Tokyo joined in on the latest Japanese viral sensation that is singer Gen Hoshino’s ‘Koi Dance’. The Embassy’s official YouTube channel released a video featuring Ambassador Caroline Kennedy in a Santa outfit dancing to the catchy tune along with other members of the staff. The video proved to be a hit for the Embassy and has already gotten more than 3 million views.
Caroline Kennedy is the last surviving child of President John F. Kennedy and Jacqueline Kennedy. She has been the Ambassador to Japan since 2013.
The ‘Koi Dance’ is the latest dance craze sweeping across Japan, riding the popularity of the hit drama ‘Nigeru wa Haji da ga Yaku ni Tatsu’ (We Married as a Job!) that features its two leading stars, Hoshino and Yui Aragaki, giving their best moves during the show’s ending theme song.
