Get ready to lose your mind over some of the most realistic cardboard sculptures you will ever see. Masahiko Senda, the 62 year old sculptor from Kyoto, has been featured on television and in exhibits for replicas that include Gundam figures, the Millennium Falcon, and Darth Vader. He is a creator at PAPYRUS, a collective that works to promote Japanese sculptors that work with cardboard.
Despite the relatively inexpensive modeling medium that cardboard is, the time investment is huge. Apparently, Senda spends between weeks and months on each figure with this motorcycle having taken him three months to complete.
