So, BTS is going on a world tour. I REPEAT: K-POP ICONS BTS ARE GOING ON A WORLD TOUR. IN MERE MONTHS.
MY BODY IS READY. My wallet is….less ready. But I’ll make it work.
While it’s a smaller tour than Wings, which consisted of a whopping 40 shows across Asia, North & South America, and Australia, there is one notable addition to Love Yourself‘s schedule: BTS’s first ever concert stops in Europe! So all you British and Continental stans that’ve been starved of live performances all these years will finally get the chance to see our boys–without buying an transatlantic flight. Unfortunately, the trade-off seems to be skipping out on South America, Australia, and most of Asia.
Here are the tour dates:
Seoul, South Korea – Aug. 25-26, Olympic Stadium
Los Angeles, California – Sept. 5-6 and 8, Staples Center
Oakland, California – Sept. 12, Oracle Arena
Fort Worth, Texas – Sept. 15-16, Fort Worth – Convention Center
Hamilton, Ontario – Sept. 20, 22-23, First Ontario Centre
Newark, New Jersey – Sept. 28-29, Prudential Center
Chicago, Illinois – Oct. 2-3, United Center
London, England – Oct. 9-10, The O2 Arena
Amsterdam, The Netherlands – Oct. 13, Ziggo Dome
Berlin, German – Oct. 16-17, Mercedes-Benz Arena
Paris, France- Oct. 19-20, Accorhotels Arena
This news comes hot on the heels of the band’s announcement of their upcoming album–set to drop May 18th–and the performance of their brand spankin’ new title track at the Billboard Music Awards.
April’s been good to ARMY. May will probably kill us. Let’s just hope you can resurrect before they come to a city near you.
