How much does the subscription cost?

Subscription costs $4.99 a month, with the first month free.

What does the subscription offer?

Subscription gives you access to our premium films, and it removes ads.

Where can I subscribe?

You can subscribe in the IOS or Android app as well as on our website.

Where can I unsubscribe?

For Web and Android:

Sign in to your account on our website and then click Account from the dropdown menu that appears beneath you username in the top right. On the Account page, go to the Subscriptions tab to see your active subscriptions and click “cancel” on the ones you don’t want anymore.

For IOS:

  1. Go to the app store on your phone.
  2. In the first tab, “Featured”, scroll to the very bottom of the page.
  3. Click the “Apple ID: ((your apple id))” button
  4. Click the “View Apple ID” button
  5. Enter your password.
  6. Press “Subscriptions” button
  7. Press “Cancel Subscription” Button

Where is AsianCrush Available?

AsianCrush’s library of movies and television shows are currently available in the United States and Canada.

Movies aren’t playing, now what?

Restart your app. If that doesn’t work, restart your device. If it’s still not working, delete and reinstall your app.

I subscribed to Premium but I’m still seeing ads?

For IOS:

  1. Go to the app store on your phone.
  2. In the first tab, “Featured”, scroll to the very bottom of the page.
  3. Click the “Apple ID: ((your apple id))” button
  4. Click the “View Apple ID” button
  5. Enter your password.
  6. After the “Personalized Recommendations” section and before the “App Permissions” section, there should be a “Subscriptions” button. Click it.
  7. Check if there’s a Asian Crush section on your subscriptions page.
  8. If there is no subscriptions section, or no entry for Asian Crush in your subscriptions. I’d recommend going to the app and trying to sign up again.
  9. If you see a Asian Crush subscription, return to your app, log out and log back in.
  10. Check if the premium features have started to work, if not go to the premium section in the sidebar and click the “Restore IAP” option.
  11. Again, check if the features come through, and if not log out and back in.
