We all know Hollywood’s many attempts to make live-action adaptations of amazing anime are nearly always result in unspeakably shitty travesties like DRAGONBALL EVOLUTION and GHOST IN THE SHELL. So let’s try to forget about all those, and instead entertain a much more interesting idea: what if Hollywood movies were given the anime treatment?
That’s the concept behind this gorgeous series of works from Russian artist Dmitry Grozov (aka Ahriman), who’s been transforming some of Western cinema’s most iconic moments and transforming them into what could easily pass as screencaps from classic Japanese anime like AKIRA and JIN-ROH.
